I opened Google Maps, picked a tiny town in Nebraska, and found the kind of website most people would close in five seconds.
Then I gave the work to two AI tools.
The AI SuperAgent collected the pages, text, and images. Base44 rebuilt the site with a modern design. While the new version was being generated, the agent organized the contact information and prepared outreach.
The complete video is embedded above. The exact workflow is below.

Step 1: Find a real website with an obvious problem
I used Google Maps and landed on Gurley, Nebraska. The local community site had useful information, but the design looked decades old.
That gave me a clear brief: keep the organization, pages, facts, colors, and images while rebuilding the experience around a modern layout.
Before you copy this workflow, confirm that the source material is public and that you have permission to reuse any protected images, logos, or copy. A demo is not permission to impersonate the owner or publish on their domain.
Step 2: Make the agent collect the source material
I gave the public site URL to the AI SuperAgent and asked it to:
Visit every page
Collect the text and images
Organize the assets in a folder
Create a document that maps the existing pages
The agent handled the repetitive work and returned the source material in an organized package.

The collected pages, images, and rebuild document inside the agent workspace.
This is the part that usually wastes time. You can open each page, save every image, and copy every section by hand, but the agent can assemble the same working package while you review the source.
Step 3: Give Base44 the files and a visual direction
I opened Base44 and uploaded:
The rebuild document
The site index
The organized image folder

The rebuild document, page index, and original image assets ready for Base44.
My build direction was simple: keep the existing color family, make the website feel premium, and use a clean Apple-meets-Spotify style.
You can use this as a starting prompt:
Rebuild this website with the same information, page structure, colors, and source images. Give it a clean Apple-meets-Spotify look with polished typography, strong spacing, responsive navigation, useful hover states, and a complete mobile layout. Do not invent facts or replace the source material.
Base44 used its design skills to build the frontend, pages, routing, and the rest of the application structure.
Step 4: Review the first build before touching outreach
The first version included seven pages, a dark green visual system, glass navigation, responsive layouts, statistics, resources, projects, and the original community content.

I checked the pages and compared the new version with the source. This review matters. An AI builder can make a polished page and still change a fact, lose a link, or place an image in the wrong context.
Check every page, phone number, email address, organization name, logo, and form before you show the work to anyone.
Step 5: Let the agent prepare the next steps
While Base44 built the website, I asked the AI SuperAgent to create a contact sheet and draft a few outreach examples.
The agent gathered the public contact details, organized the records, drafted a simple email, and proposed a voice-agent workflow.

The finished site stayed open while the agent handled the next operational tasks.
Keep the message transparent. Say who you are, say that you made a demo, and make it clear that the recipient has no obligation to buy anything.
Before sending email or placing calls, verify the rules that apply to your location, the recipient, the channel, and the type of outreach. Do not automate a call or message just because a tool makes it possible.
The complete workflow
Find a public website with a clear design problem
Use an agent to collect the pages, text, and approved assets
Upload the organized package into Base44
Give the builder a specific visual direction
Review every fact, page, link, and form
Prepare transparent outreach only after the demo is ready
The build works because each tool gets one clear job. The agent handles research and organization. The builder turns the approved material into a working website. You stay responsible for accuracy, permission, and communication.

Important notes
This tutorial documents one recorded experiment. Software interfaces, features, pricing, and integrations can change. Rebuilding a public website does not transfer ownership of its copy, images, logos, domain, or customer data. Confirm permissions and outreach requirements before publishing, emailing, or calling.
